* About Mr. Kinoshita *

He worked at a bank for four years
after he graduated from highschool.
And then, he opened a beef barbecue restaurant.
He started as private management
and made it a private limited company, company limited.
Now (16 years after it began operation)
he has 8 restaurants in Osaka and 100 employees.
He is planning to open 2 more restaurants this year.
And he is writing a book now.
