"Gendai Reikiho" CD by Doi Sensei

About the Gendai Reikiho CD: There are many Gendai Reikiho techniques, but we included in this CD the ones which would be useful in a Reiki class or a Koryukai (Reiki gathering/Reiki share), and which could be practiced alone for self-cleansing and spiritual growth. If this is your first Reiki experience, I recommend participating in a local Koryukai or workshop before practicing the techniques by yourself.

The CD is designed to send out Reiki energy while being played, even when the volume is zero.
