To Live as the Universe Will

宇宙の導くままに生きる

宇宙はすべてを調和に導こうとしている

人は宇宙の愛を受け入れるだけでよい

拒みさえしなければ

宇宙と響き合って生きられる

宇宙と響き合うところには

怒りや恐れは存在せず、

動揺することのない

静かで安らかな心だけがある

感謝によって喜びと満足の心を学び

親切によって愛と調和の心を学ぶ

宇宙の愛の中で自己の役割を果たす

ここに人間としての真の幸せがある

それを学ばせるために

宇宙は今日一日を与えてくれている

To Live as the Universe Will

Universe leads all to harmony

One needs only to accept the Universe's love

If one does not refuse

One's life will be in resonance with the Universe

Where one is in resonance with the Universe

No fury nor fear exists

No restlessness

But only the tranquil and peaceful mind

From gratitude one learns joy and the spirit of satisfaction

From goodwill love and harmony of the soul

To fulfill one's duties embraced in the Universe's love

That is the true happiness of a human being

So that we should learn this

The Universe has given us this day

健康と幸福への道

今日一日 明るく楽しくしよう

今日一日 安らかな心を保とう

今日一日 感謝して過ごそう

今日一日 役割を正しく果たそう

今日一日 親切にしよう

朝夕合掌して心に念じ

口に唱えて

潜在意識に刻み込もう

The Way to Health and Happiness

This day, let us feel light at heart and happy.

This day, let us live in peace and tranquility.

This day, let us give thanks to all.

This day, let us fulfill our duties conscientiously.

This day, let us be kind to all.

Invoke this in your heart and recite it morning and night, with hands in Gassho

And imprint it in your subconscious.

健康と幸福の誓い

今日一日 私の心から怒りと恐れを手放します

今日一日 感謝と思いやりの心を育てます

今日一日 私の役割に沿って正しく行動します

常に意識して心に刻み 正しい言葉と行為によって 価値ある人生を創造します

A Vow of Health and Happiness

This day, I will let go of anger and fear.

This day, I will foster gratitude and consideration within my heart.

 This day, I will comport myself well to fulfill my duty.

I will consciously take heed of this in my heart always,

and lead a rewarding life through rightful speech and action.
