Reiki is the Universal energy of the highest order, and Reikiho is its utilization technique.

Gendai Reikiho is a convenient way to practice Reiki in everyday life that Hiroshi Doi Sensei devised for himself.

After years of training in both traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho and Western-style Reiki, Doi Sensei developed a new practice system of Reiki that is both effective and simple - Gendai Reikiho.

Gendai Reikiho is Doi Sensei's personal Reiki practice system, but he has been generous in sharing it with others, just as Mikao Usui Sensei, the founder of Reiki Ryoho, shared his healing ability with everybody who asked for it.

The ultimate goal of Reikiho is to achieve true happiness:  It is "The Secret to Happiness" and the "Remedy for All Diseases," as Usui Sensei taught us.  Reiki practice and treatment are extremely effective in curing physical conditions.  However, although health is an essential component of ture happiness, it is only a transit point in the voyage toward the state of ultimate spiritual peace and happiness.

In this website, I wish to share what I have learned with the international Reiki community.
