Reiki is the Universal energy of the highest order.  Reikiho is the utilization technique of Reiki energy that makes our lives peaceful, rich and meaningful.

     As we all learned in our high school chemistry classes, all matters are made of molecules, molecules of atoms, and atoms of even more miniscule particulates.  And what are these particulates made of?  The most recent subatomic physics tells us that they are made of vibrations, i.e., energies with different frequencies.

     Reikiho starts with physical healing techniques, but its ultimate goal is to make ourselves whole - physically, mentally and spiritually.

Reiki is an energy characterized by love, harmony and healing.

Usui Reiki Ryoho, which is the healing technique using Reiki, was developed by Mikao Usui Sensei in 1922.
