My trip to Germany Part 1

Rhein river punting “ Rhein Cruising” and a Romantic highway “Romantisch Strase” are highlights of German sightseeing.

Leave Narita on May 26; and to London Heathrow Airport.
It was an itinerary on schedule from heath low to Frankfurt.
However, Baggage did not arrive.
We got a kit for emergency from Lufthansa airline and went to a hotel.

Rhine Cruise began at an anchorage of Rudesheim. I looked at an old castle and a slope of a vineyard that I saw in the wrong way along a flow.
It is difficult to memorize a name of a castle.
I checked the name once again at an inn.

This is Burg Stahleck.
The environment of a castle is a vineyard.
The left ticket is the embarkation ticket.

This is Marksburg, not Burg Rheinstein.
I could not look it. So very near in Rudesheim. I drew it base on a postcard.
This color is nice and good feeling.

In Frankfult I visited Geothe House.
Many documents were exhibited by the building which praised his greatness.

Die Leiden des jungen Werthers "A trouble of young Werther".
The chief character who was in love with a woman of a former classmate.
However, she got engaged. She does not change in the days of a school and contact as a still good friend.
A story before a chief character despairs of the love that he does not accomplish, and a pistol committing suicide. It is a work which has brought the author into prominence that showed the name of Geothe to the world, and it is one of the best works of German Romanticism.
