Oh! CANADA, AmazingcAutumn in Canada! By Toronto transit to Montreal. I step on VIA-Train in Montreal, and to Quebec. I enjoyed autumn of the car window. Scenery of the country in the Canada eastern part changed, and an appearance of a small town was quiet. I am impressed by gFairmont Le Chateau Frontenach in Quebec. |

1. Cathedral Marie-Reine du Monde, Montreal |

There is this Cathedral directly across from my stay Hotel (Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth). It is the Catholic Church which this Cathedral was built in time of 24 years by a request of the French bishop in the latter half in the 19th century under the U.K. territory times. It is a one-third size of Saint Pietro Cathedral in Rome. It is lighted up at night and is solemn. |

This is the hotel which is the most famous in the Canada eastern part. The elegant, solemn figure impresses many people. I looked at this building in 2001 and was moved very much. My sketching that I drew in those days has been carried by Web of the Quebec state government sightseeing station. The thanks at that time were a cap, T-shirt and Quebec state flag. This view is look up at a park of the bank of St. Lourence. Another sketching is a view over a window of stay Hotel "Loews Le Concorde". |

This region burnt red-hot in the beginning of October, 2001. Will a red leaf fall earlier? A season was over too early this year. |
