Video Clips

The following video clips are from a two-week course on the Movements that I offered for teenagers in Russia in the winter of 2003, made possible by the invitation of the Third Millenium Center, Vladivostock. All video clips are from practice sessions; they are not meant to be the demonstrations of complete Movements.
