Introduction

Project for establishing an online database on foreign investment laws of some Asian countries

This project is now in progress for establishing a database of foreign investment laws of APEC and surrounding countries on the Internet.

This database is projected to cover not only English full texts of foreign investment laws but also those of such other relating laws as intellectual property law and disputes settlement laws of above countries in its final stage.This database also has bibliographical and www sites' information on the above laws and full English texts of the relating articles as its contents.
