Ulrich rescues Jessica and Zel from the attack of Xelloss, and takes them to the maesoleum of Lala Sorez. Being the first born Kitsune, Jessica can study the hieroglyphs on the wall. Xelloss comes to the maesoleum, but something prevented him to enter. Xelloss can't put a spell on Zel. Perhaps, there is the magic in the hieroglyphs on the wall or the picture on the cieling and it weaken the power of a Mazoku.
