往診専門ですので、必ずご予約をお願いいたします。
ご予約の際は、必ず連絡のとれる電話番号をお知らせ下さい。
往診時は公共交通機関でお伺いいたします。車ではないのでご予約の際に地図をファックスで送っていただくか、近くの駅やバス停をお知らせ下さい。詳しくはご予約の連絡を受けたときにご相談したいと思います。
前の患者さんの具合、または公共交通機関の運行状況により、次の患者さんの治療開始時間が多少前後いたします。そのようなときにはご連絡いたしますが、ご理解とご協力のほどお願いします。

I will use ONLY public transportations such as train, subway, and bus. I do NOT have a car, so please send a map via Fax or tell me the closest train station or bus stop to your home. We will talk about details when I receive your appointment call.
It is depending on previous patient's condition, or situation of public transportations, starting time of the next patient's treatment would be some late or earlier. If that case happened, I will call or send e-mail to you as quickly as I can. I realize the inconvenience of this situation but would greatly appreciate your understanding and co-operation.

施術料 Treatment Fee
- お一人様 4000円
- 公共交通機関でお伺いいたしますので、施術料に加えて往復の交通費（実費）を頂きます。
- 4000 yen / person
- I will use only public transportation; therefore, please pay a round-trip fare additionally with treatment fee.
治療時間 Treatment Time
お一人平均35から40分です。その方の症状の度合いによって前後いたします。
初診の場合は平均60分ほどかかります。
An average treatment time per person is 35 to 40 minutes. It is depending on degree of symptoms.
The first time treatment may take 60 minutes in average.
営業時間 Open Hours
- 定休日 : 不定休 （学会等に出席のため休むときには、事前にお知らせいたします。）
- 営業時間 : 08:00〜22:00 （実際は患者さんの希望時間に極力沿わせます）
- 休診日であっても、急患の場合には出来うる限り往診に伺います。ですので休診日でも気にせずにご連絡下さい。
- Clinic holiday: Not decided yet (I will let you know if I need to be off work because I attend to the academic meeting.)
- Open hours: 08:00 to 22:00 (Actually, I adapt to patient's desired time as much as I could.
- Although it is closed day, if it is an emergency case, I will visit you as much as I possible. Please contact me even it says closed day.
往診可能地域 Area I can visit
現在、愛知県を中心にしていますが、三重県、岐阜県も往診可能です。施術料のコーナーにも説明してありますが、往復の交通費を出していただけるのならば往診可能です。
Now, I am activating mainly in Aichi prefecture, but I am possible to visit Mie and Gifu prefectures, either. As I described in Treatment Fee explanation, I am available if you pay a round-trip fare.
