Tokyo 東京
Welcome to Tokyo!
But first I must tell you one thing; if you are in one of the terminal buildings of the New Tokyo International Airport (Narita-Kuko) right now, you have definitely NOT arrived at Tokyo yet! Narita is a city in Chiba Prefecture, which locates in the east of Tokyo. (Also, the famous Tokyo Disneyland is NOT in Tokyo, though it is much closer to Tokyo than the Airport.) You must have a one-hour trip by JR (formerly Japan National Railways) Limited Express "Narita Express" or Keisei "Sky-Liner" to go to Tokyo.

Tokyo has many good places to visit. And in general it is not difficult to go to such places without renting a car, because the public transportation system of Tokyo is convenient and accurate. You can take subways, JR commuter trains and the buses. However, I do not recommend taking the trains in the early morning (7am-9am) if you visit Japan for sightseeing, not for business; unless you want to have an experience to be almost killed in more than 300 people per one 20-meter passenger car.
The photoes posted below are some places in Tokyo, but those may not be the must-see places. Please click here for further information, if you decide to visit Tokyo.
