HOLDER FOR QCTP

	1. The insert toolholder for some carbide chips was newly produced. Moreover, the QCTP holder for a large diameter insert toolholder for commercially produced was produced at the same time. The blank insertholderes are the spares for the future.
	2. This insert toolholder is 20mm squar. Normaly it size of insert toolholder can't use for small lathe because of the size is too big. So,the dedicated QCTP holder have made for them.
	3. These are internal insert tool holders. The material is higi carbon steel. The form and part of insert chip are made with the CNC mill I've made. Once make a cutting data, CAM data, it can be make the copy easily.
	4. These are for the outer insert holders. Material is 45C carbon steel.
	5. Servo motor CNC system has installed on the milling machine. PLEASE SEE THE MOVIE OF THE INSERT TOOLHOLDER MAKING.
	6. This is the holder for the QCTP. Diameter of the insert tool holder on the left is 12mm and right one is 14mm.
	7. This is a making process of the QCTP hoder. The hole size is 14mm.
	8. This is 1.5mm slitting process.
