*1987-1990
Think Tank (Project Promotion Secretariat) Entered Sumitomo Trust & Banking Research Institute soon after it was established. I was put in charge of the office that prepared the establishment of promotional organizations that connected the experimental projects named Satellite Office/Resort Office, sprouting in various areas. The theme of the experiments was telecommuting.

*1992- Freelance Work (Research, Planning, Editing)
Began freelance work in order to create a tele-work environment that enabled me to work while raising my children. In 1994, "SKUNKWORKS", a unit of three close associates was established to continue this work as a team. This continues to this day.

*1995- Regional/Unit Activity (Coordinator, Workshops)
With the help of all my supporters I was able to continue my work after the birth of my child. I started to engage in local activities after my second child entered nursery school. Talking Forum for mothers taking care of kids, supporting NPO for town community planning, Town Expedition Team, Snack Catering Team, and much more.. I also edited a local town magazine called "TAMA GUIDE" and helped to plan and edit when publishing the NPO circumstances. In the spring of 2000, I was able to establish Office Cactus Ltd.
