Smooth aroma essential oil over your body by palms lightly. Relieve strains and stiffs in your muscle. Including routes and points of Keiraku. Foot bath→body lie face up(legs, abdominal, arms, head, neck) →lie on side (back, neck, shoulders, arms, lower back, hips) →lie face down (shoulders, back, hips, legs, soles) Relieve much more strains and stiffs in your muscle by the treatment lie on side. Comfortable aroma of essential oil directly reaches to cerebral limbic system and effectively works for endocrine system, nerve system and immune system.
