      This is a richly steamed seafood dish contains Abalone,
      Sea Urchin, and Peony shrimp in tasty soup.
      This dish comes with all courses.

      Blue crab Miso (beans paste) Soup:
      Its digestive caecum tastes slightly bitter.
      Blue crab is suitable for salted boiling and miso soup.

      Northern shrimp: The fresh shrimp is transparent and swingy texture.

      A homemade dessert used the red bean jam deliberately cooked
      with Wasanbon Sugar and tasty milk of Yamanaka Ranch.
