      Boiled down Sand Launce in soy sauce:
        - The Sand Launce are caught for a certain period of time in May.

      This is a worry free seafood product by using the
      carefully screened seasonings (NO artificial seasonings).

      1 jar ( about 50g ): 500 yen

   Homemade Souvenirs

      Salted and fermented Morning-captured-squid guts:
        - As the temperature gets cold, squid meat gets sweeten.

      This is a freshly made salted and fermented squid guts
      by using the morning captured squids.

      1 jar ( about 100g ): 1,000 yen

      Soused Salmon Roes in Soy Sauce with Bonito stock:
        - This is used the salmon roes that fished in the
        end of September to the beginning of the October.

      Carefully wash the roes, and soak them in the bonito
      flavored soy sauce.

      1 jar ( about 80g ): 1,200 yen

      Salted sea urchin that soused overnight:
        - Using the carefully selected salt, best match
        for piping hot rice,
