VACCINATIONS
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Our computerized hospital-refrigerator strictly maintains ideal temperature for keeping the vaccines safe and fresh at all times. As most vaccines from the United States and Europe require vaccines to be kept between 2 and 8 degrees Centigrade, our refrigerator is programmed to stabilize at 3 degrees Centigrade (plus minus 1 degrees).
Even at defrost mode, the temperature will never elevate above 6 degrees Centigrade. The temperature trend is monitored 24-7 and automatically recorded on a hard-copy.
VALIDITY
At each administration, the patient (or the guardian) will be asked to confirm the expiration date printed on the package, together with the doctor. This way, all recipients can confirm safety of the products.
ADMINISTRATION - legitimacy
All imported vaccines are administered by the doctor for strict legitimacy. It is unlawful for the nurse, assisting or partner doctor to administer these vaccines by the Japanese Law (only the very doctor that imported the products are permitted), and trespassing this law may endanger the recipient / patient right to claim safety.
ADMINISTRATION ROUTE - safety & efficacy
Administration route is chosen basically by WHO and CDC standard recommendations. However, we choose to strictly follow the insert instruction if discording.
INFLUENZA VACCINE (Inactivated)
Patients are recommended to be aware that the Japanese influenza vaccine products are made for subcutaneous use in its directed dosage. Western standard influenza injections (not FluMist) are administered intramuscular and in different dosage for children, at different scheduling.
1.Western dosage given via subcutaneous (Japanese method) using Japanese product will not guarantee safety and efficacy.
2.Japanese product administered intramuscularly has not provided safety and efficacy report.
