<CONSULTATION POLICIES>

  1. Patients with Japanese Insurance: Standard appointment is 10 minutes of consultation (excluding tests). If you think you need longer session, please inform us when making your call.
  2. Patients without Japanese Insurance: Patients are to choose either a 10-minute OR a 20-minute session. Prolonged consultation is available at costs. (No need of consuming long session if time is required to perform various tests and examinations.)
  3. Appointments/arrangements cannot be made by e-mail/fax/written letter, without exceptions.
  4. Second opinions and/or explanatory visits for your medical examination done elsewhere are not covered by the National Health Insurance. Patients are charged by the private practice charge scaled on the length of consultation and type of medical information carried in.
  5. Physical examinations and surgical procedures are not charged for the long session.
  6. Surgery or wart-removal only on weekday aftn. period.
  7. INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL EXAMINATIONS and IMMUNIZATIONS: We apply to different schedules of the world. THIMEROSAL-FREE VACCINE AT THE KING CLINIC
