The Hokkaido and East Japan Pass (Hokkaido and Higashi-Nihon Pass, 北海道&東日本パス)
is a discount railways ticket offered by JR Hokkaido, JR East, Aoimori Railway, IGR Iwate Galaxy Railway, Hokuetsu Express Railway and Fuji Kyuko Line.
This ticket is available during spring, summer and winter seasons. If you
want to travel throughout the Hokkaido, Tohoku (North-East Japan), Tokyo,
Kanto and Koshin-etsu, "Hokkaido and East Japan Pass" is cheap
and convenient!!

!! However, when you exceed midnight (24:00) while you are getting on the
train on the last day, ticket is valid till the first stop the train makes
after midnight. Moreover, you can get on till the last train in the Tokyo district. When
you exceed this area and get on the train, the fare is necessary from the
last station in the area. |

You can buy the "Santetsu ichinichi-tokuwari free pass (三鉄1日とく割フリーパス)"
of the Sanriku Railway.
This ticket is sold at Kuji (久慈) Station, Miyako (宮古) Station, Kamaishi (釜石) Station and Sakari (盛) Station.

18 Kippu.

If you bring the bicycle in to the trains... |
|
| You can bring the fold type bicycle in to the trains. Please store the
bicycle in a special bag. Corkage is free (Excepting road race type's bicycle). |
| However, when the train is crowded, you might be refused to bring the bicycle
in to the train. You must handle the bicycle with scrupulous care. |
