In HO CHI MINH, it was the capital city of south Vietnam. Its name was SAIGON befor the war. It is the area which American help of war was taken in. North and south was unified at present, and the capital changed to HANOI of north Vietnam. But SAIGON (HO CHI MINH) is an area to be still full of vitality in the present as well.

ホー・チー・ミンといえば、南ヴェトナムの首都だった。サイゴンという名前だった。つまり、アメリカの援助を受けていた地域だ。現在では南北は統一され、首都は北ヴェトナムのハノイに移った。然し、サイゴン（ホー・チー・ミン）は現在もなお、活気あふれる地域である。
