International Water Project: IWP is a Japanese NGO based in Chiba. Since 1995 IWP has committed to community water development in developing countries. Our aims are transfer of technology of the Kazusabori System and human resource in developing countries. The System is a Japanese original and unique technology of hand-boring deep wells. Supplying fresh and clean water to people with this appropriate technology is improving their lives and helping their self-reliant efforts. With our experiences in African countries, we are focusing Women In Development and child labor that deeply concerns with water issues.
