スコットランド 著書の出版との関連で昔の写真を整理しておりましたら、スコットランドのものが出てきました。いくつかを貼り付けてみます。（2004年12月）
イギリスでは日本食レストランのWAGAMAMAが大繁盛していました。以前にイギリスにいたときには、大英博物館の近くのものしか知りませんでしたが、今回イギリスにいってみると、ずいぶんと店舗の数が増えているようでした。Kaizen（改善）メソッドや環境に配慮した経営方針が時の流れに沿っているのかもしれません。（2003年10月） |
