Welcome to Japanese Auctions Bidder (“JAB”) and our deputing service on the Yahoo Auctions Japan and online shops in Japan (“service”).


<Member Registration>Last updated:October 12,2008
1.We do not offer the third party acquired individual information as long as the customer is not approved.

2.The user ID and password are to be safeguarded by users themselves and changed periodically for safety reasons.

3.If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or JAB has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, JAB has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.
4.The Platinum member must accept the Platinum member's terms of service too.


<Membership cancellation>Last updated:January 6,2008
You can cancel your registration if you have made a complete all payment.


<Keeping your item(s)> Last updated:September 28,2008
1.When you win an auction(s), you will receive an e-mail notice within 48 hours.

2. 25% penalty fee for leaving items in the warehouse over 90 days without requesting shipment.

3.Our keeping period ends 6 months. We abandon the item(s) that passes 6 months. In that case, we cannot refund your money.


<Shipping your item(s)> Last updated:January 6,2008
If we have not received a total of the item(s) for which you made a successful bid, we cannot send out the item(s).


<Payment> Last updated:October 12,2008
1.We accepts payment in Japanese yen through PayPal.

2.We must receive first payment before auction closing.

3.We must receive second payment before we ship your item(s) out.
If you do not win an auction,we will refund money to your PayPal account.
However, PayPal remittance fee can't be paid back.


<Insurance>Last updated:October 12,2008
1.We cannot compensate the damage, stolen, lost on international shipping..

2.We recommend to insure the items higher than 15,000Yen.

3.If you would like to insure the item(s),please let me know before we ship your item(s). However there is no amends more than the amount of money of the declaration.


<Refund Policies>Last updated:October 12,2008
1.We can not accept ANY CLAIM and RETURNED item(s).

2.Cancellation after successful bids have not been accepted. Also, returns and claims after successful bid shall not be accepted.

3.Total cost does not included customs duty.We do not understand customs duty of your country.
It is your responsibility to check and pay for customs duty.

4.Extremely large size, such as an engine and a bodykit, and a heavy items cannot be sent.Please see international mail rates and weight and size limits. before sending the order form.

4.We cannot raise a bid price or bid immediately before an end of the auction.

5.International shipping fee is an approximate estimate. The shipping cost might be higher than an estimate.
