of Tong Hui Gong Classes at the Head Officeｨ Basic Method Course : T. H. Ping Mi Gong Class：
This method strengthens the whole body by cultivating the brain and the Zangfu system (the body organ system )
This course is a required one for all who want to become Tong Hui Gong instructors.
- Introductory Course：

The course for those who finished the Introductory Courseｨ T.H. Zhi Gong Method Course :
The method to activate the brain and improve intellectual capacity:One of the features of this method is that this method can be practiced in any position,standing, sitting or lying down. This method activates the brain and improves intellectual capacity very quickly. In addition to that, the following good news has been reported by many participants. "My sleep became deeper and sounder than before." "My eyesight was regained. " "The functioning of my internal organs became better." " My knee condition became better." And many others like those.This method was often introduced by various mass media like “Soukai ( Good Health )”Magazine, "Kyouiku Shinbun ( Education News ) "and others for its wonderful effects
ｨ T.H. Tai Ji Gong Method Course :
The method to strengthen the twelve Zangfu system, and joints and muscles.:As the flourish movements of this method precisely correspond to the twelve meridians (channels of Qi flow) respectively, this method improves the functions of the twelve Zangfu system (the body organ system ) and strengthens the joints and muscles of the body quite rationally. This method enables people to keep their body strong and alert and youthful even after they become old.
