Dr. Yu Yong Chang
President of IQA,
Medical Doctor,
Qigong Master

As our economy has recently made a drastic change and our material world has improved a lot, our society itself has changed a great deal. As a fundamental condition to fully enjoying our lives, we attach great importance to improving our health and staying healthy for a long time. This idea has become the biggest matter of concern to modern people.
Then, I would like to suggest that "self-regulation" and "self-cultivation" are indispensable for us, and as the way to acquire them, I recommend that you try the excellent method, Qigong which has long been improved in history, making the best use of our ancestors' wisdom.
Generally speaking, people neither understand well how their body works nor know "how to properly regulate themselves", and so they tend to waste their physical energy and lower the functions of their organs. As a result, they are apt to be tired and afflicted with low productivity, illnesses, aging and other troubles. As for "self-cultivation", it is said that only 10 to 15 % of people's brain cells are actually used. People usually live and work depending on that 10 to 15% of their brain cells, and it is still undetermined what kinds of abilities the remaining 85% of them include. There is much room for developing our latent abilities, I believe.
Then, an important theme for modern medical doctors and scientists in their studies has become how to prevent disease or aging and how to improve human's intellectual capacity or ability and how to develop human's latent ability. Nowadays many specialists in various fields throughout the world are greatly interested in Qigong, the traditional Chinese self-strengthening health exercise ( the method to nourish and develop the body, mind and spirit through exercises ).
It has been proven not only in traditional Chinese medicine over thousands of years, but in many contemporary scientific experiments, that practicing Qigong or receiving Qi-transmission from high-level Qigong masters brings about various kinds of good effects on people's body, mind and spirit. Above all, Qigong stabilizes our brain and activates our cranial nerves and helps  the whole Zangfu System (the body organ system ) function properly and promotes blood circulation, and enables us to recover from illnesses and stay healthy by bringing our whole body into a state of balance.Qigong can be considered an effective method for gaining good health and longevity.
Besides, some experiments have shown that Qigong practices have activated brain cell functions, creating alpha and theta waves of high vibration and low frequency, widely appearing from the back of the head to the frontal lobe. These facts also indicate that Qigong may have some special effects in developing unknown, latent abilities, I believe.
If people all over the world could develop their latent abilities and make use of them by practicing Qigong, that may bring about rapid development and progress for mankind and a drastic change to our society. Tong Hui Gong is a unique Qigong method I created after more than 40 years of training and study based on the traditional Chinese Qigong which is several thousands of years old. I sincerely hope that you will improve your health and longevity, develop your intellectual capacity and ability, and experience benefits in every field through practicing Tong Hui Gong.
