The head office of the I. Q. A. (President: Dr. Yu Yong Chang ) is located in Tokyo. This association carries out such tasks as spreading Tong Hui Gong under the leadership of Dr. Yu Yong Chang, aiming "to bring people health, longevity, wisdom and happiness ".
Thanks to Tong Hui Gong, a great number of people are experiencing improved health, studying ability, productivity and other good results. People also feel more attractive, wiser and better able to develop a variety of latent abilities.
This association has been also conducting scientific experiments in cooperation with some universities, institutes and hospitals to throw scientific light upon Qigong. Some of the results in those experiments have been already reported at academic conferences, or NHK programs and in other media. The association has also conducted several charity activities.
- On August 8, 1993, the association held the "Yu Yong Chang Qigong Qi-transmission Charity Seminar" to help the sufferers from the great earthquake which occurred at the southwestern sea off Hokkaido. Consequently, the association donated the net profits of 847, 234 yen to the sufferers through the Red Cross Society of Japan.
- In 1992 and 1993, the association was awarded a “Letter of Thanks and Silver Medal” from the Red Cross Society of Japan.
- At the time of the Great Hanshin-Awaji earthquake, the association sent a contribution to the stricken area.

This Academy opens Qigong Tui Na Training Course to widely spread the theory and practice of Chinese Qigong Tui Na and the Yu-shi Zhou Tian Tui Na Fa therapy (Yu-style Qigong Tui Na therapy that Dr. Yu Yong Chang creatively developed]. The Academy has already produced Qigong Tui Na therapists for 6 terms, Qigong Tui Na therapists for infants and children for 3 terms and Yu-shi Zhou Tian Tui Na Fa therapists for 2 terms.

This institute aims at helping patients who are suffering from serious diseases. Under the leadership of Dr. Yu Yong Chang, this institute counsels the patients on how to recover from serious diseases like cancer or some others by making full use of Qigong and other means of traditional Chinese medicine.
