How To Buy

Phase 1. Inquiry From You
	Please fill in the form of INQUIRY FORM and send it to us.

Phase 2. Quotation
	We will submit our quotation to you based on FOB and/or C&F/CIF price in J.Yen or US$.

Phase 3. Order
	[Spot Deal] In case you agree the terms and conditions, we will send you Proform Invoice and information of our bank account by fax or e-mail. After receiving the Proforma Invoice which is to be confirmed by your signature, you will be required to remit J.Yen50,000.- or US$500.- to our bank by Telegraphic Transfer as deposit. As soon as we confirm the receipt of the payment, we will keep the most suitable vehicle for you. In case the required vehicle is not in stock, we can secure it from among all auto auctions which are to be opened everyday in Japan until you agree in the condition and specification . If you agree to get the vehicle of which full detail we send you, you will be requested to remit the balance amount to our bank within 3 working day after you agreed.

Phase 4. Shipment
	Immediately after we confirm our receipt of the balance amount in our bank, we will book a shipping space of the first available ocean vessel and inform you of the shipping details. After the shipment, we will send you a copy of B/L by fax or e-mail and all shipping documents including original B/L by EMS or other courier service.

S	A	Almost equivalent to a brand new vehicle.
		First registered within a year.
		A run is to be less than 10,000km.
		Without any scratches, dents and modificaton.
6	A	Almost equivalent to GRADE-S.
6	A	A run is to be less than 30,000km..
5	A	In excellent conditon.
		Without any observable scratches and dents.
		No need to be serviced.
		A run is to be less than 60,000km.
4.5	more than B	In good condition.
		Nearly equal to GRADE-5 if minor service might be done.
		A run is to be less than 100,000km.
4	more than C	Minor repair works might be necessary for scratches / dents / rusts.
4	more than C	A run is to be less than 150,000km.
3.5	more than D	Some repair works are necessary for scratches / dents / rusts.
3.5	more than D	A run is to be less than 150,000km.
3	E	Paint condition is not good.
3	E	Not recommendable for the customers who care about blemish/scratch/dent/rust.
2	-	In very bad conditon.
1	-	Modified vehicle, water damaged vehicle, rally use vehicle and speed race use vehicle.
RA	-	Repaired vehicle after accident, but in good condition.
R	-	Repaired vehicle after accident.
GRADE-3 to 4.5 vehicles have accounted for a large part of auctioned one.
