2009年6月30日、7月1日 両大学の卒業生各12名ずつをお客に迎える事になりました。
鎌倉へ越してきてから40年、家で行った500回近い茶事、母子で楽しむ素敵なお茶教室10年、
200回程の茶会の準備、道具組み、料理、菓子作り等、全て一人で行ってきました。
お茶は「来客」があって成立します。この2日間の「客」以上の茶会は2度とないと思い、
この2つの茶会を私の新たなスタート、或いはターニング･ポイントと考え準備をしました。
家のペンキ塗り、庭木の手入れ，小間、茶庭への通路の扉の交代、広間の畳替え、襖の張替え等
この2日間のために梅雨に入る前の1ヶ月間、新年を迎える茶事よりも掃除万端心を入れて行いました。
2009年7月の鎌倉のお茶のテーマは能、世阿弥です。従ってこのテーマで茶会を行いました。
広間床飾り
軸；白雲抱幽石・・・桃林和尚
能面;小面(中釘にかけて)
花入れ；江戸切子
花；半化粧、矢はずススキ; おみなえし、白鳥花そしてどくだみ等
香合；ＳT へレンズ山の火山灰で作成去れた香合, 飾り釜敷；天の川模様
竹台子；唐金鬼面風炉、花三島皆具 １
茶；花橘、 菓子；天の川きんとん、干菓子;小鳩、小間菓子；金平糖
小間; 中釘に笹飾り, 脇床に天の川の扇子、糸巻きとカササギ
つり棚にはガラスの白鳥の器に7色の金平糖を入れて飾りました。
七夕祭り、皆に願い事を書いて竹に飾ってもらいました。

･待庵に利休が夢見た宇宙の影
･茶の湯の心は日本の心ですね。美しい自然とやさしいこころを持った日本人の原点。

･･･手作りの“天の川”のお菓子など、さぞご準備が大変でしたでしょう。
おいしく頂きました。“星に願いを”など優しい心にも気づきました。
最後の母上の話もこころにしみました。・・・
･･･にじり口から入った狭い茶室でお話を伺っていると、宇宙の広さのようなものを
感じたのは不思議な体験でした・・・
･･･青松老師の平常心（びょうじょうしん）と平川さんの平常心の教えがぴったり
一致してなによりでした。
Ｃathyさんの real は「本物」という意味でしょう。能と七夕、素敵な床しつらえ、
お菓子お道具でうっとりしました。･･平成待庵も、星の金平糖を盛ったガラスのスワン、
黒塗り盆の白いカササギの組み合わせ、笹に結んだ花葉書に願文もロマンに充ちて心が
若返ったようです。
３）茶会当日の流れ（6月30日と7月1日）
1; 門全開、玄関内のベンチに荷物を置き、全員蹲で手と口をきよめる。
2; 玄関で白ソックスに履き替え,懐紙、扇子を受け取りポケットに。
3; 待合で香煎を頂く（当日は最後に）
4; 4人ずつにじり入る。床の間拝見、床飾りの説明。着座。
5; 主菓子（天の川きんとん）銘々皿にいれ黒文字をつけて配る。食べ方説明。
6; 長盆に12個茶碗に抹茶を入れておいて、釜のお湯で点てる。
配り方、飲み方、返し方説明。
7; 12個のお盆に、お茶を入れた茶碗、茶巾の上に茶筅を載せて、懐紙に干菓子（小鳩）
を用意してしたものを銘々に配る。
8; 干菓子を食べ、お湯を釜から柄杓で皆の茶碗に入れ、各自、茶筅でお茶を点てる。
茶碗をキチンと手に取り正面をよけてお茶を飲む。茶碗を清めお盆に置く。
9; 扇子をもって玄関より靴を履いて小間への道を通って、腰掛けて後入りの合図を待つ。
蹲を使用してにじり口より小間へ入る。にじり口より入れない人は貴人口から入席。
10; 七夕飾り、糸巻き、カササギの飾りを拝見、金平糖のお菓子を口にして香煎を頂く。
感想文、星に願いを書いて、帰りに飾っていただく。
11; 小間の空間を味わい、にじり口、貴人口から出て玄関へ戻り、荷物をもって帰る。

procedure(
Guests arrive the house, wash hands with water basin and enter the entrance hall.
1. Guests receive kaishi (packed paper) and a fan.
2 Slide into the tea room ,go to the alcove ,see the display;
(hanging scroll, flower, flower container[Edo cut glass]、board of flower container,
incense container[St.Helens Ash Ware 1980 eruption])
3 Ｇo to guest place, Host distribute main sweets on bamboo leaves with sweet pick.
“Help yourselves to the sweets.”
4. Host make 12 cups of tea, bring the tea to guests ,distribute one by one.
Tell how to drink and how to return and then get back tea bowls together on a tray.
5. Host distribute prepared trays, with tea bowl in which powdered tea is, tea whisk
on a folded linen and dry sweet on a kaishi.
6. Guests receive them and eat dry sweet.
7 Host pour hot water with a ladle one by one.
8．Guests whisk chasen to make tea and drink it.
9 How to drink tea:
“Pick up chawan with right hand and put it on the left palm, bow slightly in appreciation.
Turn front away from you – two quarter turns clockwise. Drink tea with the right hand
on the side thumb toward you, fingers away. After drinking tea, Wipe the edge of the chawan
from right to left with your right hand thumb and index finger. Put back chawan on the tray.”
10.See the alcove and stand up and go to the entrance hall then go out of the door and turn left
then go straight through the narrow garden path leading to the tea house..
11.Wash hands at the stone basin then enter the small tea room through Nijiriguti (crawling-in-entrance)
one by one, last person shut the door and lock it.
12.See the star festival decoration in bamboo flower container on the wall in the alcove.
13.Host distribute compeitow(little sugar candy)and kousen (incense tea) with cherry blossoms and
guests eat and drink them.
14.Guests write down impressions and wishes to the stars: Vega and Altair..
15.A guest open the small door of Nijiriguti and guests slide out one after another.
16.Last bow—please remain in the garden ,all guests wait for a while until the host open the small door
and bow deeply in silence. Good-bye.
I think this silent good-bye bow is very elegant greeting.
Guests go to the entrance, and leave my house.
