フロントスタビライザーのブッシュキット交換


今回はフロントスタビライザーのブッシュ交換です。このブッシュキットは２年くらい前にも交換しましたが、今回トーションバー交換の時に割れていたので翌日すぐにディーラーへ部品発注して交換しましたぁ。交換自体は簡単で３０分も有れば出来ますのでまめにチェックしてこまめに交換しましょうねー
It is the kit exchange of Front stabilizer kit this time. A part is ordered from Mitsubishi soon on the next day, and it is better to exchange because it fractured if it was confirmed the other day though this part was replaced about two years ago.
Let's check an exchange itself in the blister, and exchange it for the lever blister because it can be done if it is easy and it has 30 minutes, too.

1 これが今回使用する部品です。品番MB598097、単価は２つで８４０円位だったと思いますが、ディーラーの人に確認してくださいねー
This is a part to use this time. Ask the person of Mitsubishi a goods turn MB598097, a cost though it thinks that it was about 840 yen by 2.
2 これが交換前の状態、どうもスタビライザーの角度に無理があるようで上側のブッシュがすぐに割れて来ちゃいます、チェックして見てくださいねーちなみに交換は17mmのレンチ２本でOKです。ちょいとナットが回りにくい構造になっていますので回しにくいですが、がんばってはずします。
The condition before this exchanges it. Impossibility seems that be in the angle of stabilizer and the rubber of the upside fractures soon. An exchange is OK with 2 tools of 17mm. It does its best, and it is removed though it is hard to turn because it is the structure that a nut doesn't turn easily.
3 全部はずした後同じように新品の部品を組み込みますまず両方組み込んで見てあたりを見ながら、左右同じくらい締め込んでいきましょう
Let's tighten it as much as right and left is the same with including both first and seeing it and seeing surroundings after you remove it completely 【 the part of the new article is included to be the same 】.
4 これが締め込んだ状態左右のねじが同じくらいの締め込みじゃないとバランス狂っちゃいますのでアバウトで良いですが、あんまり違わないようにしましょうねー又グリスは組み込む前にボルトにたっぷり塗っておきましょう。
This will apply grease to the bolt fully before and including it though it doesn't need to be accurate because it is tightened 【 the left-right screw of the condition that it is tightened is the same 】 and a balance goes wrong 【 let's try not to be so wrong 】.
5 これが今回はずしたブッシュキット、ボルトもスタビに当たっている部分がすこし細くなっています。又ブッシュは左右とも上のものが割れちゃってます。まあ消耗品と思ってまめに交換しましょう。フロントからベキバキ音のする人は是非交換を！The part which hits stabilizer is a little thin with stabilizer kit removed this time, the bolt as well 【 this 】. Moreover, an upper thing splits, and rubber ます with the right and left as well. Let's think it expendable supplies, and exchange it for the blister.
