Fees for telephone interpretation, etc

The relevant fees here may be best decided by mutual agreement.
We, therefore, indeed appreciate your going to the
trouble of proviing
us with the details of your requirement.

Please  NOTE
Normally various Surcharges and other charges/expenses which
will accrue while and for the purpose of rendering the interpreting/translating services to the client, will be added to the above basic fees. Full particulars concerning such charges and expenses will be made available via e-mail promptly in response to the client’s e-mail for inquiries or for an appointment of my services stating a clear view of your requirements.

The pertinent charges proposed will be found much lower and the
Conditions more liberal than those prevailing generally so that they may be accepted instantly
The costs to be involved would be fairly economical. particularly when comparison is made in terms of cost vs. effect  with college professors or lawyers who are recognized as experts in these areas, you will readily notice a vast difference.

I am to successfully compete with my rivals, when working in a large city where they are based, even after adding my costs of  traveling to and accommodations there to the consideration. Furthermore, as for an assignment to be accomplished away from their base, be it in Japan or abroad, it is a self-evident truth that my position would be far more advantageous to the client as far as the ultimate cost is concerned.

As for my more-than-reasonable tariff, I would like to request he Companies operating in this trade to exception-ally tolerate it as an isolated case of a self-employed business.
