This leading Australian firm, representing several major Japanese machine tool builders, was constantly annoyed by the instruction manuals and other relevant documents from the Japanese builders simply because they contained too many errors and mistakes.
Contrariwise, they were indeed satisfied with those that I translated, saying ｔhat they could be always handed out to their customers, as they were, and without calling for no nerve-racking job of re-writing.

Made a successful bid in the international tender financed by The United States Economic Reconstruction Aid Foundation at that time (The award was made to us, with all the world’s super bidders pushed aside, as the result that the Foundation highly evaluated the linguistic quality of the colossal bidding documents which were prepared mainly by the writer…then so reported our local agent)

Once I was called on to interpret at a seminar sponsored by the California State Tokyo Office for enticing business bodies to that State.

The seminar was double-faced,in that it dealt with both the legal and technical aspects, namely, the State Labor Law, waste water treatment and so forth. Since this job came in suddenly, I had no choice but to face it totally unprepared.

When the question-and-answer time, the last part of the Seminar, was over, the Director of Tokyo Office expressed his satisfaction with the fine result, and his wonder for my ability as compared with his accompanying secretary who had studied long in the United States. The Director of the local JETRO office who was also on the preparatory committee for this event, was equally pleased with my performance.

Successfully concluded a supply contract for a certain merchandise with this gigantic Company with a gross manpower of 400,000 …This contract survived a long period
of 15 years through several renewals, and was implemented to the full satisfaction of both parties.
This is due to their evaluation that linguistically as well as in terms of problem solving capabilities, “we”were the best of almost 100 Asian suppliers, making them feel much relieved in all results as if they were dealing with their “domestic” suppliers

Visited one time a leading garment manufacturer in US in order to negotiate for a reduction of royalty, by dealing with their team of legal experts, where I used effective strategy of my own, that eventually lead to a big reduction of from US$2,500,000 to ＄1,250,000. and even made a general amendment of the pertinent contract in favor of the client, furthermore.

“Our”lawyer in Tokyo who initially sensed no possibilities in my strategy, was tremendously astonished when he learned of the rich fruit brought forth, and my client, on the other hand, fairly jumped up for joy, as we could have the matter solved so successfully, and that at such a low cost to them.
