image1Hello! My name is Fukusaburo HAMADA (^_^;)/~., a Japanese, typical and weekend photographer as just hobby. The photographs here are my own original works, taken mainly in Kumamoto prefecture on Kyushu Islands, locating at the far west of the clusters of Japan Islands . My favorite thing is, of course, to take photographs of my lovely objects, especially of Railways and Trains in my town, county, country and throughout in the world.

image2In my neighborhood, I can enjoy two kinds of very exciting trains. The first is an old-fashioned but LIVE locomotive named as 58654 (class 8620, train name  "ASO-Boy") which is scheduled for weekend operation except winter season. The other one is a newly designed limited express train named as `TSUBAME (class 787)` which means a swallow in Japanese. So, one of the objectives of `OPAL` is to present photo images of these two typical trains in Japan. I also put photos of other trains, airplanes, flower and landscape sceneries around my hometown.

image3I believe that WWW service is most suitable to communicate own photographs. Please enjoy your visit to my `On-line Photo Album`. Thank you !

This album was firstly created on 1996/06/02 at http://village.infoweb.ne.jp/~railroad . then, moved on 2004/05/03 for http://homepage3.nifty.com/railroad/ because of sudden closure of the village.
