Minami Aso Railway (Nantetsu) is located at southern area of Mt. Aso, most famous volcano in Japan, and connects Takamori to Tateno, junction point with Kyushu Railway Company`s Houhi line. The railway is rather short but has a very beautiful scenery along the route.


On April and June 2000, more five images were added illustrating the sight-seeing track train and the old-fashoned train contributed by The Lottery foundation of Japan, which is moving on a high bridge over a deep valley, captured through the hyper telescopic lenses..

On May 4 of 1997, the two images were added on the first line of next table. In the first image of this Apr. At right side of this image you could find a great but thin water fall, by where a dam are being constructed in few years.
