Vic Triplagはヨーロッパを代表するDarkPsy レーベル / Web Radio "Tripag"の創立者かつオーナーであり、

世界的に活躍するシーンを代表するDJの一人である。

ロシア、セントペテルスブルグ出身のVicはそのキャリアをライヴバンドのベースプレイヤーとしてスタート。

その後、情熱的かつパワフルなエクストリームサウンドを求めデスメタル、グランジ、パンクへと傾倒。

1996年アイルランドへ移民、2002年にはベースをターンテーブルに持ち替え、エレクトロニックミュージックへと移行した。

2004年によりパワフルなサウンドを追い求めた結果、昨今ではDarkPsyとして知られるナイトタイムサイケデリックに辿り着く。

ターンテーブルからCDJに移行し、VicはDJネームとして"Fungas OK"と名乗り、

シャーマニックなビートをプロモートする使命を開始した。

2005年7月に初のDarkPsy専門かつノンストップ・ストリーミングによるWeb Radio、"Triplag Web Radio"を開設、

同じ趣向を持った多くのDJ/アーティストをひきつける。

2006年、Vicはネットレーベルを開始、フリーコンピレーションを3枚リリース。

それらの活動によりTriplagの知名度、影響慮力は加速度的に増して行き、

VicはDJネームを"Vic Triplag"に改名すると共にTriplagをレーベルとして本格的に始動させる事を決意する。

2007年9月には初のCD"Keep The Faith!"をリリースし、その後間もなく2枚目のコンピレーション"Dark Love"をリリースした。

Triplag及びVicの活動は、多くの若く、優秀なミュージシャンをプロモート、DarkPsyシーンに衝撃を与えてきた。

2009年現在、間違い無くシーンの中で最も影響力のあるレーベルであり、"CPC da Friends / Violence"、

"Baal Mephisto Diablos / Lords Of Destructions"、

そして"Far East Ghost / Emperor" 等シーンにとって外すことの出来ない重要なアルバムをリリースし続けている。

 

Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia.

Vic started musical journey as bass player for live bands.

Always been passionate for extreme and powerful sounds Vic played in death metal, grange and punk bands.

In 1996 Vic immigrated to Ireland where in 2002 he got in touch with Electronic music and changed bass guitar for DJ vinyl decks.

In 2004 search for powerful sounds lead him to realm of night time psychedelic music widely known now days as DarkPsy.

Quickly changed vinyls to CD decks, Vic took DJ name FungusOK and embark on a quest of promoting and nourishing shamanic beats.

In July 2005 Vic created Triplag web radio – first dedicated DarkPsy stream for non-stop transmission of full power psychedelic sounds.

Web radio and website attracted many DJs and artists who share similar music passion.

In 2006 Vic turned Triplag into a net label, compiling and releasing 3 free downloadable compilations.

Chain reaction caused by all turbulent events at Triplag gave Vic energy, desire and capacity to create Triplag Music record label.

In September 2007 record label was launched with compilation Keep The Faith!, shortly followed by V.A. Dark Love.

Since then Vic is actively managing the label,

giving chance to young and well established acts to promote their work and make impact on DarkPsy scene through Triplag Music platform.

Undoubtedly, most influential DarkPsy releases include albums by such masters as CPC da Friends – Violence,

Baal Mephisto Diablos – Lords Of Destructions and recent Far East Ghost - Emperor double CD release.
