Tatsumikai - Kokura-gion-daiko Preservation promotion meeting
昭和５０年に発足。
郷土芸能：小倉祇園太鼓の心と伝統を保持し
祇園太鼓に新しい息吹を与え、
小倉祇園の発展と振興に尽くしてきました。
結婚式などの門出のお祝いや
国内外の遠征先での太鼓披露などを通じて、
郷土の方々とのふれあい・めぐりあいを大切にし
太鼓をとおして郷土愛を深め、
会員相互の親睦を図っています。
