This is the temporary top of the lists and the latest versions of the delivered files for the
Group Researching for Industrialization of Developing Countries and Intellectual Property.

Explanation
I have delivered the files of our works to the collaborating members. However, those files had many renewals and amendments and became very complicated.
Here, I indicate the lsit of the delivered files, their mistakes and indicate the information for the latest versions.

The delivered files consists of originally obtained files, composed (WORK FILES files for work amending errors, and statistic files.
Here I indicate the name of files, explanations, and latest versions.

*.wj3 is Lotus 1-2-3 file. This is opened with Excel with changing the file type to *.w*. It has no virus, very small and moves quickly.

INDONESIA
Files of Indonesia
The original lists for Indonesia, made by Yoshie Yamamoto of Hakindah Internationalof Jakarta, are excel files in the directory of "Excel".
The files have a large number of blanks and Mr. Kuswan Wahju Murianto checked them with the specifications in Japanese Patent Office.

                                It contains fatal miss and new one is on reconstruction.

STATISTICS
ipc_in.wj3                      The fundamental statistic file. This file has the standard 
                                 construction of lines and equations in cells in order to
                                 compare the data for four countries.
                                 When you use the file, make a copy of another name and 
                                 work on it. Do not change the construction of the file.


MISCELLANEOUS
  d) IN_district.wj3             for names of provinces
  e) IN_province.wj3             for names of provinces
  f) INEPOP.wj3                  Indonesian populations and no. of patent and design

EXPLANATIONS
The fundamental file "Kuswan.wj3" has:
date of application, publish and register,
title of invention or design in their language and translation into English, name of inventor,
name and province of applicant,
International Patent Classification (Locarno Classification for Design), and abstracts in Indonesian.
To make a statistic table, there are columns of year of application, province and IPC.
(Similar for "Desig_Indonesia_only-title_in_Engliish.wj3")
Also I made a short titles for classify data. For instance, "Ceramic Coffee Cup having a picture of rose upon surface" is shortened to "cup".
Also I put some classification note for inventors or applicants as professor or Co. Ltd.
The fundamental statistic file "ipc_in.wj3" has from the top, classified to 6 fields same to Japanese 100 year statistics

Files of Thailand

The data were obtained from Hakindah International. There were a lot of blanks and the real specifications were checked by Miss Nahoko OBAYASHI 尾林菜穂子,and she checked the first WORK FILES files.

This country has no limitation of publications and we have some new un-examined apatent applications of ten-years ago. The files do not become stable for long time.
