September 6 2000		Today we had a lunch after our lesson. We went to a Japanese restaurant "KUROMATSU" on the 31th floor in Gunma Prefectural Building. After the lunch, ROBIN and I walked on the 1st floor to go out the Building, a Japanese woman came and spoke to ROBIN. She works in Gunma Prefecture. And she is ROBIN's student, maybe. Their conversation was too fast for me to listen. ROBIN introduced me to her but I could not introduce myself. I didn't know I should introduce me to her in English or Japanese. To listen their, I thought ROBIN spoke us very slowly in our class. Thanks for your kindness ROBIN. And I thought "It's nice to speak English!!" The end of today's lesson, ROBIN asked us "why do you study English?" Now, I don't have purposes....It will be my purpose to decide a purpose.

September 13 2000		We will do 2 lesson in this month. ROBIN said us "you speak English well", but I don't think so. Which is the right way "boil water" or "boil the water"to prepar hot water? The collect is "put the kettle on the stove." In English this is ordinary sentence, maybe. I have to remember this.

September 20 2000		Today is our last lesson. After the lesson, we had coffee and talked how to study English.　 ROBIN said us "to develop listening ability is key." He advised us everyday you have to listen English conversation tape only 10-15 minutes. And he said think to lesson English is intererting. I will continue this lesson. Some of our class's member will change next month. Do best we can!!
