作詞者未詳。万寿節（皇帝誕生日）を祝う学生の歌唱用としてつくられた。

作曲者未詳。原曲は宮廷音楽と伝えられる。

国歌制定年月日未詳（保大年間［1926-1945］？）。

参考資料 ※作詞・作曲者リューヒューフォクの略歴： 音楽家、教授。筆名はHuy`nh Minh Sie^ng , Lu+u Nguye^‾n , Long Hu+ng。 1921年ハウザン省カントー生まれ。インドシナ大学在学中から本格的な作曲活 動を始め、この時期にBa.ch DDa(`ng Giang, Ho^`n Tu+? Si‾, Ho^.i nghi. Die^n Ho^`ng, Tie^'ng go.i Thanh nie^n, Le^n dda`ng, Ta'm mu+o+i na(mなどの有名な革命歌を数多く世に送り出した。インドシナ戦争勃発後 は越北などの抗戦区で文化活動に従事し、ジュネーブ協定後はハノイに戻りベ トナム音楽家協会副書記長、第４期国会議員を務める。1965年17度線を越え、 東部戦線で文芸工作に従事し、1969年南ベトナム共和国臨時革命政府通信・宣 伝・文化相。統一後は音楽研究院院長、国家音楽会議議長、国会議員などを歴 任。1984年「人民芸術家」「優秀芸術家」称号を授与され、1986年ドイツ民主 共和国科学アカデミー通信会員。1989年死去。 ※「青年への呼びかけ」の経緯について： リューヒューフォクの音楽の遺産のなかには青年についての作品が多い。その 代表が「青年への呼びかけ」である。この作品は1941年に創作され、「学生への呼び かけ」の題で広まり、1943年には出版されたが、フランス植民地政権により没 収・発禁された。1945年7月、この歌は「国民行進曲」の名で再版された。長い 間、ベトナム南部のアメリカかいらい政権はリューヒューフォクの「青年への呼 びかけ」を自らの「国歌」として用いていた。歌の作者が強硬に抗議し、全国の 世論の嘲りを受けたにもかかわらず、彼らはなお用い続けた。「国歌」を新しく 作ることができなかったからだ。 （Ma'c Tuye^n, A^m nha.c - Nhi.p ca^`u ta^m linh vo+'i li.ch su+? , Hanoi: Nha` xua^'t ba?n Va(n ho'a & Tho^ng tin , 1996, pp.124より引用） ※私の補記： リューヒューフォクの伝記（Lu+u Hu+‾u Phu+o+'c : con ngu+o+`i va` su+. nghie^.p , 1989）などによれば、この歌は最初「蜂起呼びかけの 歌」という題で作られ、地下でのみ流通していた（☆非国歌バージョン１☆） が、メロディーをまず広めるためにインドシナ学生総会の歌としてフランス語 の歌詞をつけて公然化させ、さらにこれに会主催のコンクールで募集した複数 のベトナム語歌詞を組み合わせてひとつのバージョンを作り出版しようとした が発禁処分を受け、1945年、日本軍のクーデタ（いわゆる「仏印処理」）でフ ランス勢力が追放された後ようやく出版できた（☆非国歌バージョン２☆）、 という。このように、検閲を避けるための改作や、口伝えによる変化、複数の 人間による推敲により、この曲の歌詞には多くの異なるバージョンが錯綜してい る。☆国歌バージョン１☆はこうした1945年以前の多くのバージョンの部分部 分を組み合わせたもののようだが、1956年に制定された☆国歌バージョン２☆ には新しい添削が加えられており、こちらが「国歌」としての決定版だった。 現在アメリカなどにある反共サイト（たとえば Vietnamese Flag） はすべてこのバージョンを挙げている。 なお、当時の世論には「国歌」としてのこの曲の適切性（作曲者の問題）に ついて批判があり、サイゴン政権もその問題性について気にはしていたよう で、ホーチミン市にある国立第２公文書館所蔵のベトナム共和国首相府文書 ファイルの中には国歌改定について検討した書類一式があるもようである。 （以下2002年7月追記） このサイト の説明によれば、この歌は1945年3月に成立したチャン・チョン・キム政権が はじめて国歌として採用したという。事実とすれば興味深いが、史料的には なお断定できない。 （以下2002年8月追記） このサイト（ベトナム語ユニコード）によれば、チャン・チョン・キム政権は国旗を変更したが、国歌は「登壇宮」をそのまま採用したという。このサイトは、このほか「青年への呼びかけ」フランス語版バージョン、ベトナム語版別バージョンや、「登壇宮」別バージョンものせており、（南）ベトナム国歌史に詳しい。
