Now it is said that there are about 5.6 billion people in the world, and in another fifty years there will be 12 billion people estimated as a whole.
But the increase of the population is very true only in developping or undevelopped countries on the Sourthern Hemisphere, where starvation, food shortage, malnutrition are very serious problems.
On the other hand, in developped countries on the Northern Hemisphere, there are quite different problems, one of which is birth rate declining.
Particularly in Japan, we couuld not survive unless this proble would be solved.
Having a baby and succeeding to the next generation doesn't work well.
It has been taken for granted, but now we have to take it seriously how to maintain the balanced chain of generations.
Otherwise, there would occur another crucial problem in the society.

Question 1: What causes this problem?
(Which is this problem, artifical problem, or natural problem?)

Opinions 1:

• Economical aspect is one of the most significant reasons of this problem. Because much money is necessary for rising a baby. So, I think many youngsters don't want to rise thier baby.
• Cultural aspect is more signignificant reason. Recently, many women keep thier jobs after their jobs. Thus, I think they don't have enough time to rise a baby. However, job opportunity for women shall be widened. I mean, man should help his wife with house jobs more.

Question 2: What kind of problems will be brought because of this problem?

Opinions 2:

• Pension system will go bankrupt.
• Younger people will have to pay much tax.
• Fewer children is not good for education. They learn communication and competition by participating in large classrooms. (For example, some of Chinese children can not do their own task because their parents do those on behalf of them. This problem is caused by 1-baby policy of Chinese government.)

Question 3: Are there any good ideas to have them bear babies willingly?

Opinions 3:

• Man should change his thought drastically.
• Man should help his wife with house jobs more.
