"Healthy Soul stays in Healthy Body."
When we healthy, we can be active progressive and independent. We take it for granted to be healthy, and it is not until when we lose it that we appreciate being healthy.
Nowdays, it is more difficult to keep us healthy both physically and mentally because we prefer taking any vehicle to make the most of time differently or because we are very busy working and stressful at work and we don't have enough time to enjoy sports in order to heal our mind and body.
But if we know the pleasure of moving bodies or playing outdoors with friends in our childhood, we could enjoy sports through our own life according to the condition.
Of course, some people are very tough and challenging to win the games or to get high records just like professional players, but, for most of people doing sports is just a means to maintain health and enjoy it.
In this sense, at school, at home or in a community, sporting should be encourged much more regardless of generations, provided with places and opportunities.
Particularly, children who are playing can't be seen in the park or in the field after school and even on holidays, which may leads to the fact that their physical strength has been weaker and weaker.
What on earth will happen in Japan when the number of next generations decreases and they get more fragile?
