QUESTION: Shall smoking be prohibited?

Pros,

1. Government shall define more strict regulation. Especially, they shall specify clearly the place where smoking is allowed or where it is prohibited.
2. We shall lean more about the negative impact caused by Tobacco.
3. In Shinkansen train, the number of smoking cars are more than that of non-smoking cars, even though non-smoking car is more popular among the passengers. JR (railway company) shall consider this situation more and shall increase the number of non-smoking cars.

1. Smoking itself is not so bad thing. Because it is an effective way for smokers to relax and refresh. However, smoker shall pay more attention to non-smokers. Especially, dinning area such as in a restaurant, any smoker shall refrain from smoking.
2. Smoking shall not be prohibited, because smokers pay much tax. It is good for our government. And, smoking itself is not so bad, when the smoker like it. Anyone can not say anything about another person's favorite thing.
   But, needless to say, smokers shall pay more attention to non-smokers.
