Bus Terminal at Shinjuku

For those participants who start from Tokyo

(The spot marked red is the bus terminal).

Take the exit (staircase) 6 or 7 for expressway buses at the West Exit of JR (Japan Railways) Shinjuku Station and you will find a blue signpost saying "50 KEIO"on the cornerSee the photo below .  This is where you can find buses for the Mt. Fuji region. In the building are the ticket counter, a kiosk and rest rooms.  Ten minutes before the departure time your bus will come into the terminal. 

 

You can get there by JR, subway Shinjuku Line, Marunouchi Line (Shinjuku Station) or Oedo Line (Shinjuku Nishiguchi Station).  Shinjuku is also the terminal for Keio, Odakyu and Seibu Lines.

Inside the terminal building are the ticket office and souvenir shops.
Restrooms are downstairs.
Hirano Terminal
Hirano is not a large terminal. Get off the bus and wait for your guide there.
