	Takamori Saigo 1827-1877 In the family name, Saigo and the name is Takamori. The Japanese call Saigo Takamori. He was one of the distinguished services people of the maximum Meiji Restoration. He was born as a child of the lower class samurai in the Simazu country of Satsuma. He was found by Nariakira Shimazu who was called one of the most extraordinary wise feudal lord at the time in his younger days, and though he accomplished Meiji Restoration through the disturbance period at the end of shogunate however he was defeated at Satsuma Rebellion and committed suicide with a sword.
