Please enjoy staying at Yasumizaka in Kushiro, Hokkaido

You can enjoy many kinds of fresh sea foods in the City of Kushiro.
There is the magnificent Marsh of Kushiro only 30 minuthes away by car.
The hightest tempurture in summer is 25 degrees Centigrade,
and in winter is bellow the freezing point every day.

"Yasumi" means "to get rest" and "zaka" means "slope."
If you are tired of traveling, working, and many other things in your life,
Yasumizaka is the right place for you to rest and relax!

You will forget how fast the time passing by.

Yasumizaka is a homelike guesthouse,which was a former boardinghouse.
Since it is lacated on the hill,
you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Port of Kushiro.

STAYING

Three bunk bed rooms

one futon room

The guest capacity is 14 with 4 rooms available.
The format is basic dormitory-style, separated men and women and
families and goroups are also very welcome.

You can use a room all to yourselves if it is vacant.
Staying at domitory is only 3000yen for 1 person
and at a private room is 4000yen for 1 person.
We serve a breakfast with the cost of 500yen if you want.

You can take a shower but we suggest going to
a public bathhouse called "Sento."
In Japan, there are many good "Sento" and "Onsen";hot spring.
We hope you will try Japanese custom and culture!
We believe "Sento" makes you more relax than shower.
There is one in our neighbourhood which is open 2:00pm until 11F30pm.
with the fee of 370 yen.

HOW TO GET

From JR Kushiro station,
you can take Kushiro bus(Line #1,Takuboku-sen), get off at
Yasumizaka stop and walk 5 minuites
or it takes for about 35 minuites on foot.
If you drive a car, through a slope of rotary bound for Shirakabadai
through the red temple ,it's easy to find Yasumizaka.

Pick-up is available except during lunch hour and after 10:00pm,
please call(41-5503) from the Kushiro station,
and wait in front of the Glace church which is in front of the station.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notice that the owner speaks a little English, so please book
by fax(0154-41-5503) or email if possible.
If you cancel the booking on the day of check-in,
we charge the cancellation fee for 1 night.
