You can display Japanese characters with AP207 without language support
by writing your own function to draw Japanese using stroke font file.
106 Keyboard is a Japanese standard keyboard.
109 keyboard is a keyboard for Japanese MS-Windows 95.
You should remap apl characters for 106 keyboard in any case,
because some characters are mapped to the keys
which is reserved by system to input Japanese.
