Profile

Yuko is Tokyoite. After studying logic and philosophy in the United states, she was back in tokyo, working for effective scholarly communication as a logician-philosopher. Currently working at Division for International Education and Research Cooperation, Tohoku University as an associate professor in charge of coordination of academic agreements and international programs, she keeps working on philosophy.

Her favorite activities are playing piano and playing go (weiqi). She is happy to see her 3-year-old daughter being interested in go.
